Services Provided

We provide hosting services and redirect services. Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm our services or other users. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Hosting or distributing illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Engaging in phishing, spam, or fraudulent activities
• Hosting content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Distributing adult content without proper age verification
• Hosting content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Using excessive server resources that impact other users
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

Content Moderation and Service Suspension

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any content hosted on our services. We may immediately suspend or terminate your account and remove content without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that:

• Your content violates these terms or applicable laws
• Your activities pose a security risk to our infrastructure or other users
• You engage in abusive behavior toward our staff or other users
• Your account is used for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• We receive valid legal complaints regarding your content

Payment and Refunds

All payments are due in advance and are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including service interruptions, account suspensions, or early termination of services.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may result in temporary service interruptions.

Internet Security and Attacks

We do not provide protection against internet-based attacks including but not limited to DDoS attacks, hacking attempts, data breaches, or other malicious activities targeting your hosted content or services. You are responsible for implementing your own security measures and accept all risks associated with internet-based threats.

Upstream Provider Actions

Your content or website may be blocked, suspended, or removed at the request of our upstream providers, data centers, network providers, or other third-party service providers upon which our services depend. We have no control over such actions and are not liable for any resulting service interruptions or data loss. This may occur due to abuse complaints, legal requests, or policy violations at the upstream level.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metaso Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Metaso Pty Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
